13. You are not jagex or any staff from jagex LTD or anything related to jagex
14. No real world trade. This means do not sell anything for real money, such as Runescape accounts/money, etc.
15. If you don't agree with a decision or a punishment you've been given then talk it over with the person who issued it or with an administrator. Do not make a post about it.
16. No Double Post.
